Gastrolife is a connected healthmail agency. Emails to info@gastrolife.ie can be sent and received via healthmail.

If you are a healthcare practitioner you can access the secure GastroLife portal.

If you do not have an account, please click on the button below to register. You can securely send referrals, track referral status and view reports.

Please download the relevant referral form below. Completed referral forms can be sent by fax to (01) 5242593, emailed to info@gastrolife.ie or by post. Please forward any postal correspondence to our Naas clinic address.
