Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to clinic appointment which are booked via our online booking system.

Clinic appointments cancelled greater than 48 hours from scheduled appointment time can avail of a refund or be rescheduled. This refund will exclude a processing fee of €4.95.

Clinic appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time, or in the event non attendance will be not be able to avail of a refund.

The following refund policy applies to home testing kits which are ordered via our online store.

Refunds can be requested providing the testing kit has not been shipped. A refund cannot be issued after your order is dispatched. A card processing fee of €4.95 will apply to all refunds. This will be deducted from your refund.
